The trip to Wales was enjoyed by all. Six cars ignored the weather to have a great drive round the Welsh mountains and visit places of interest. The views from Snowdon were spectacular and made better by the fact that the sun shone. Many thanks Gordon!

The TVR/Porsche concours was held in somewhat rainy conditions (understatement).It was good to see so many cars willing to suffer the weather. The TVR winner was Mark with his T350 and the Porsche was Michael Moore in his Turbo of the late 80s.See Gallery

What a cracking day for Mad Hatters. Around 30-40 cars attended on a glorious Lakes day with perfect blue sky. Included in the number were 3 new members (2 from Tees and one from North Cumbria). Welcome to Michael and Angela to a somewhat different meet.

Welcome to the North Cumbria and the Borders (Home of BNG 2009) TVRCC regional website!

BNG 2009 will be organised by the region. Date for the BNG is August 22 and 23. Drives on the Saturday followed by an Ullswater Evening Supper Cruise (see Ullswater Steamers) and the gathering on Sunday at Hutton in the Forest (see Hutton in the Forest). All in cost can be less than £130 per couple depending on class of accommodation. For our Southern friends, take the opportunity to make the BNG the start (or end) of a holiday to Cumbria or Scotland where the roads are designed for TVRs. Accommodation and any other information can be found on the Tourism Website

The region is for those who are interested in the TVR marque. Owners, possible owners and those just interested in the TVR cars as produced at Blackpool are welcome.

We concentrate on social events which are friendly to all members.

Because the region is large there are two meetings for the region. One meeting in the Cumbria part of the Region, and another in the Borders part.
